Dale has served the Crane Elementary School District since his hiring in March 2006, as the Purchasing & Warehousing Manager. In November 2006, he was moved into the position of Director of Procurement, and obtained his CPPB certification in October 2008. Prior to his arrival at the school district, Dale served as a Documentation Support Specialist for RAMCOR Services Group, Inc., a federal contractor, handling commodity and service purchases for the operations and maintenance of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation's Yuma Area Office's Warehouse.

Dale is a charter member of the Desert Southwest Chapter of NIGP, previously serving as the Charter Treasurer. Dale now holds the office of the President for the Chapter. Dale is also involved with the Arizona Association of School Business Officials by attending, volunteering and presenting at meetings and conferences.

Dale was born in Mesa, AZ, and spent 18 years growing up in Central Kentucky, prior to moving to Yuma. Dale is a 2002 graduate of Berea College (Berea, KY) receiving a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration. Dale, a graphics enthusiast is credited for designing and creating the Desert Southwest Chapter's logo. Dale is also an avid basketball fan, and serves as the Freshmen Boys Basketball Coach at Gila Ridge High School. Dale and his wife, Lyndsay reside in Yuma.
